Register today and remember to sign up for the awards dinner on Thursday night!! See you in May!!
Each year at Bid & Proposal Con, APMP looks to local chapter volunteers to keep the event running smoothly.
In return, volunteers get to meet more people, be front-and-center at sessions (where you'd already be anyways), feel good about a simple but important contribution to the APMP community, and demonstrate to all of APMP what we already know...how great the Nor'easters chapter is.
If you are confirmed to attend this year in Boston, we could use your help!
Session Room Monitors
We will provide a Room Monitor Tip Sheet, explaining that you need to start and conclude the session on time, and in the rare case of technical difficulties, troubleshoot if you can or contact the hotel's AV team for help.
Also, we need people to help in the Registration area on Wednesday, May 25, from 12:00pm-5:00pm; Thursday, May 26, from 7:00am-8:00am; as well as during the posted breaks. So drop your "r's" and help give APMP a warm New England welcome.
If you are going to be there anyways, please contribute just a little extra and pitch in, so that everyone can enjoy a well-executed event.
Please email Peter Frank, let him know in which role(s) you're interested and at which times (please volunteer for one-hour slots). You can review the APMP schedule by going to 2016 BPC Schedule.
Let's show the rest of APMP how the Nor'easter chapter can turn out a volunteer army. Let Peter know as soon as possible so we can get you slotted in and confirmed.
The following Nor'easters Board of Directors positions are still open for 2016-2017 term:
Social Media/Marketing Director
Basic descriptions for each of these position can be found on our website. If you are interested in running for any of the positions please send an email to APMP Nor'easters President Mike Walsh. In the email please indicate which position(s) you are interested in and why you think you would be a good candidate for the position(s).
You must be an APMP Nor'easters member in good standing to run for election and you must be able to commit to attending Board of Director calls (typically every other week for 1 hour), an in person strategic planning meeting and the Proposal Expo in early November.
If you have questions or would like additional information please reach out and we can discuss the position(s) you are interested in, specifics about the Board, and the vision of the chapter.
